Weighed in this morning...still at 248. I do think I may have lost half a pound though.

Last night I made a chicken pasta cassarole from the WW cookbook and it was pretty blah. When I went to get the kids, my babysitter had made some nachos and I ate 2. They were pretty cheesy, so I'm counting them at 2pts. After eating a not so good dinner, I almost went into a food frenzy, but didn't. HURRAH!

So, for last night....

Grapes (1pt)
Cinnabon Bar (3 pts)
