Hey Ho!!! Well, I guess my birthday weekend went on and on for about 6 months. So not cool that I'm now up to 259 lbs!!!!

Starting up again today. I have an itouch now so I'll be tracking my food on that now. But I thought I would use the blog again to track my progress and how I feel.

2 years ago, my husband and I lost a lot of weight using weight watchers. I'm hoping that he's on board with me this time again...it really helped having no junk in the house.

Here I go again!!!

Well, that was fast. 244 already this morning. Last night I went to Borders for my knitting group and had a large coffee. Oh, wow...it took me forever to fall asleep. And I was hungry!!! Normally caffeine doesn't affect me, but I may need to re-access my capacity with Borders coffee. I went grocery shopping last night so I'm all stocked up on good food.

Last night for dinner, I had taco bell. I had a chicken burrito supreme (8.5pts), pintos and cheese (3.5pts) and a hard taco (4pts).

That leaves me with 17pts for Dinner.

I've decided to do a metabolism recovery as I didn't lose any weight last week. I'm starting from my lowest weight of 243 and started my diet again today at 246. I will do this 2-3 days and enjoy my labor day weekend/birthday weekend. I started the week at 244 and gained two pounds in 3 days.

Last night I went to the movies and had a hot dog and popcorn. The hotdog was probably 7-8pts and I have no idea how many points in popcorn. The popcorn made me kinda sick, so I probably ate too much of it. Oh, popcorn, why do you hate me so??? Anyhoo, I was down half a pound this morning. Today after work we are going to Jason's deli and I'm very excited about what I'm having tonight.

Sandwich (7pts)
Jello (1pt)
Banana (2pts)
Half a grilled portobello wrapini (8pts)
Cup of french onion soup (5pts)
One mini muffin (2pts)
2 garlic bread toasts (2pts)

Just a thought. Last month I ate at Jason's Deli with my husband at lunch and I had this pollo mexicano baked potato. It was absolutely huge, but I didn't think I was eating that unhealthy. Now, I know that I didn't finish it, but I did eat most of it. Guess how many points in that sucker? 41 points!!!!! Woah!

Two days to put it on and two days to take it back off. That sounds about right. :) I'm back down to 243 this morning. Yea! I had this bowtie pasta last night and it was wonderful!

I think this time next week, I'll be real close to the next weight bracket, with one less point to eat.

As expected, I went up in weight. Yesterday I weighed in at 246 and this morning at 245. I'm hoping that by Thursday I will be back down to 243 and I can at least lose one more pound this week.

Ugh...real quick. I've done horrible on my diet this weekend! Saturday when I weighed in, I was 243....so, that's good. But we went to the state fair yesterday and I had funnel cake and cookies. Well, today I was going to be good, but I've just eaten a ton of dessert.

Tomorrow is a new week, and I need to make sure I start the week good. I'll try to not be discouraged by the scale in the morning.
