Two days to put it on and two days to take it back off. That sounds about right. :) I'm back down to 243 this morning. Yea! I had this bowtie pasta last night and it was wonderful!
Meal Plan for Today
Egg McMuffin (7pts)
Sandwich (4pts)
Jello (1pt)
Raisins (2pts)
Cereal bar (3pts)
That leaves me with 15 pts for dinner.
I think this time next week, I'll be real close to the next weight bracket, with one less point to eat.
