I weighed myself this morning and I was still 246. That was after a weekend of eating some french fries, tator tots with cheese, ice cream and pizza. So, I'm pleased, but now back to my diet!
My oldest started kindergarten today, so with a late start, I didn't eat breakfast until 10! That's okay...strangely, with the exception of when my ravenous hunger when I first got up, I haven't been very hungry. My husband made pancakes, but I passed. Here's my meal plan.

Slim Fast (4pts)
Wendy's chicken sandwich (10pts)
Yogurt (2pts)
Banana (2pts)
That leaves me with 14 pts for dinner
