Ugh. I managed to keep from eating everything in sight last night and went to bed hungry, thinking that I would see a drop from the scale this morning. Alas, same weight. It just set the mood for a really crappy day.....

Cinnabon Bar (3pts)
I hope there will be a significant loss on the scale tomorrow..... I will add that Aunt Flo showed up Saturday, so maybe that's been the problem.

Arby's Salad (10pts)
WW yogurt (1pt)
This leaves me with 15 pts for tonight.
