This morning I dropped another pound, 244. I still have a tremendous amount to go, but at least I'm feeling much healthier and comfortable.

My dinner at Boston Market last night was heavenly! I love their roasted chicken. Delish!

Meal Plan for Today
Banana (2pts)
Stuffed Bagel (4pts)
Box of Raisins (2pts)
Yogurt (1pt)
Marie Callender Meal (10pts)
That leaves me with 13 points for dinner.
